2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

2.1 Order Processing and Logistics Timelines

  • Order Processing: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for order verification, quality inspection, and packaging prior to dispatch.
  • Transit Time: We collaborate with premium logistics providers, including DHL Priority, FedEx Priority, and UPS Priority, to facilitate international transit. The estimated shipping duration is 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.

2.2 Automated Notifications To keep you informed of your order’s progress, automated notifications will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase at the following milestones:

  • Order dispatch and carrier handover;
  • Arrival at the local distribution hub;
  • Out for final delivery.

2.3 Delivery Investigation Should an order exceed the standard delivery window, we will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier. Title to the goods shall likewise transfer upon physical delivery to the consumer.

4.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Customers) In compliance with European consumer protection standards, customers within the European region possess a 14-day “Right of Withdrawal”. You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods without justification.

4.2 Damaged or Defective Goods We maintain rigorous quality protocols. However, should an item arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team via bed@purrchamber.com. Upon the provision of photographic evidence confirming the damage, we will process a full refund or a replacement. In such instances, there is no requirement to return the damaged item.
