Description
Grey Rectangle Supportive Pet Bed – Anti‑Slip
This rectangular supportive bed uses a thick foam base to give a firm yet comfortable sleeping surface, helping to support a pet’s spine and hips. The grey fabric is understated and easy to coordinate with home furnishings. An anti‑slip bottom keeps the bed stable on smooth floors, so a dog can step on and off confidently without the bed sliding away. It is a practical, no‑frills bed that prioritises lasting comfort.
- Suitable for: Suitable for medium to large pets up to about 35 kg, such as Golden Retrievers, Labradoodles, Boxers, and large mixed‑breed dogs. The bed is particularly beneficial for older or heavier animals, as the dense foam reduces pressure points. It may also be used for multiple smaller animals if they share a sleeping space.
- Ideal scenarios: Position in a living room, bedroom, or kitchen‑diner. It can double as a crate mattress for extra‑large crates, or be placed in the back of an SUV for travel. The anti‑slip base is especially helpful on laminate or tile floors where many beds tend to drift.
Material: The core is a single piece of high‑density rebonded foam, which offers resilience and good weight distribution. The cover is a soft, short‑pile polyester fabric that is removable via a strong zipper. The underside of the cover is coated with a slip‑resistant dotted pattern. The foam is ventilated to allow some air movement, helping to keep the bed cooler.
Structure and features: The bed is a plain rectangle with no raised edges. The soft surface is gentle on the coat. The removable cover design makes washing straightforward, and the anti‑slip base means the bed does not need to be repositioned constantly. The foam core is firm enough to offer real support, yet comfortable enough that dogs do not seek out softer spots.
Care and maintenance: Unzip the cover and machine wash in cool water; air‑dry or use a low heat setting. The foam core can be spot‑cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then left to air completely before the cover is put back on. Do not soak the foam. Rotate the foam every few months to maintain its shape.
Packaging: The foam core is usually rolled and compressed, then packed with the cover inside a box. Allow up to 48 hours for the foam to regain its full thickness. No tools are needed.
Important notes: A single bed is supplied. A subtle new‑foam scent may be present upon opening; this will dissipate within a day or two in a well‑ventilated area. This bed is intended for indoor use and should be kept dry. Always check the zipper is fully closed before letting a pet use the bed.
